Fairway Hotel has 110 rooms and over 75% have balconies. We have fabulous views of the Golf Course, Kololo, the Lush Kitante valley and even our own beautifully kept garden.

All Rooms
The Fairway Hotel offers self-contained rooms with direct dialing phone, air conditioning, refrigeration, satellite TV, and a reading desk with chair.
Rear of the Hotel
These rooms face the well-kept back garden and offer guests who require a more tanquil environment an oppotunity to fully get away from the city. They are also slightly hidden and are more spacious.
Main Block (Front)
The rooms are at the front of the hotel on the main block overlooking the golf course, Kololo hill residential area, and the lush Kitente valley. From these rooms you are able to hear the tranquil sound of the fountains below and get a better look at kampala.
Standard Rooms
Fairway Hotel offers single rooms for our single guests. These rooms still provide the same ammenities as other rooms but are slightly smaller.
Double Rooms
These rooms are more spacious and most have balconies.
Suites
Our suites are twin rooms, bed and living rooms on the third and fourth floor of the hotel with a good view of golf and Kololo Hill.
These are furnished with larger beds, sofa set, balconies, and two entries.
There is no extra charge for children under 12 years occupying the same room without an extra bed if you take a suite.
Tariffs
Lower rates may not be available during busy periods and major conferences. Corporate rates are negotiable. We also offer monthly rates.
